Robert Graham, M.S.

Robert has 25+ years of experience administering strength and conditioning within a physical therapy setting. Robert has been active since an early age. He swam competitively from age 8 through college and coached age group swimming for 7 years. Robert grew up skiing, putting on his first set of skis at age 2. He is a certified alpine ski instructor, having taught skiing since he was 15 years old. He has his 30 year membership pin through, and has taught seminar classes for, the  Professional Ski Instructors Association-Northwest Division (PSIA-NW). Robert has advance first aid training and is an instructor trainer (IT) with American Red Cross. He has done advanced studies in functional strength training, biomechanics, rehab and therapeutic exercise, woman's health, senior health and fall prevention, post-rehab strengthening with amputees (including presenting at numerous Coalition for Amputees National Conventions), bicycle ergonomics, has a Body Balance for Performance Certification in golf, and a wide range of sport specific strength training. Robert worked for Olympic Physical Therapy for 24+ years developing his clinical skills assisting in patient care and developing business skills managing staffing for 9 offices as well as implementing staff training and development. Robert's two best vacations ever were both shared with his wife; one adventure, bicycle touring across the states, the other, kayaking in the fjords of Norway.
